The service

RecoverAudit audits freight and vendor invoices against your contracts, identifies billing discrepancies, and may file recovery claims on your behalf.

Results depend on invoice quality, contract clarity, and carrier or vendor response times. We do not guarantee a specific recovery amount.

Pricing

The free pilot covers up to 10 invoices at no cost. Ongoing recovery work is billed at 20% of verified recovered amounts only.

No recovery means no fee for contingency work.

Acceptable use

Do not upload invoices or contracts you are not authorized to share with us.

Do not abuse the pilot form with automated submissions or unrelated files.

Limitations

V1 does not include live TMS/ERP integrations. Audits are based on uploaded documents.

Recovery timelines depend on carrier and vendor processes — typically 15–45 days.

Changes

These terms may be updated before paid recovery engagements. Material changes will be communicated by email.
