Who we are

RecoverAudit provides automated freight and vendor invoice audit services on a contingency basis. We are an independent service — not affiliated with any carrier, ERP vendor, or AP platform.

Pilot uploads

When you submit the pilot form, we collect your email, invoice volume, audit type (freight/AP/both), and uploaded files (PDF or CSV).

Files are stored on our server solely to perform the audit. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion after your pilot completes.

Recovery engagements

If you proceed beyond the free pilot, we process invoices and contracts under a contingency agreement. Billing occurs only on verified recovery.

Payment details for success fees are handled separately when recovery is confirmed — not at pilot signup.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

We keep a minimal anonymous page-view log on our server (path, UTC date, hour only — no cookie, no stored IP in that file). Our host may keep standard operational logs for abuse prevention.
